health and safety training

Health and safety training is vitally important so employees understand the risks they may face at work and to which they may expose others. It ensures they know how to keep themselves, their colleagues and anyone affected by their work safe.

What seems like common sense to you may not be to someone else. Then there’s the emergency situation that we all hope doesn’t happen. How will your employees react? Will they know what to do? Even the most level headed of us can behave in the most irrational ways in an emergency. This may put ourselves and others at risk.

All employees need to know how to work safely, without risks to the health and welfare of themselves and others. It is a legal requirement for employers to provide clear instructions and information, and adequate training for their employees.

At Rosecroft Health and Safety our qualified instructors provide health and safety training tailored to your organisations requirements. Our “classroom” based training courses lead to Ofqual regulated qualifications.

You can also benefit from our programme of online health and safety training which provides certificated training. This enables learners to learn at their own pace at a time that fits in with them and your organisation.

For information about our First Aid training visit Rosecroft Health and Safety’s First Aid training page.

For each person and each day they attend one of our First Aid or Health and Safety* courses, we donate to a local foodbank as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility programme.
